HOW TO USE:

Apply an appropriate amount after shampooing wet hair
For dry, frizzy or chemically treated hair keep it on for 10-15 minutes every time you shampoo
For normal or oily hair use the protein hair food once or twice a week and keep it on for 3-5 minutes
Make sure it’s applied properly on roots and lengths
Rinse it out with lukewarm or plain water (do not shampoo)
