HOW TO USE:

Use a well-balanced amount of shampoo according to your hair quantity every time you need to wash hair.
Massage it gently onto the scalp and through the hair.
Rinse your hair well with water; you may be required to shampoo twice to take out the Ayurvedic Hair Oil completely.

Apply Protein Hair Food as a conditioner for 2-3 minutes (normal or oily scalp) and 10-15 minutes (dry, dull, frizzy, or chemically treated hair)
Rinse it off with plain or lukewarm water; there’s no need to shampoo again.
